Right now we are facing the most
remarkable thing i.e. COVID crisis in our day to day life from past 2 months. Government
announced to lockdown our country to curb the most contagious corona virus to flatten
the disease. So situations arise in our lives regularly and even suddenly,
sometimes. Due to ongoing pandemic, we
can feel helplessness when faced with difficult situations is something that
many people of the world experience.
Life can be demanding at times when we
are not prepared for that. So this makes it difficult for us to adjust to the
sudden changes in our life.
So,
According to me the best way to face
any crisis is to remain calm, cool, and solution oriented with cultivation of
positive mindset. Cultivating a positive mind during COVID is very important
for us. If you done this trust me, this would work wonder for you in future.
LOVE YOUR LIFE
The most essential part of our life is
to love your life first. Life loves life. Life loves to see life everywhere.
Life wills to prevail life. So love yourself. By loving ourselves enables us to
explore scopes. We get the audacity to make our life proactive and productive.
With the country being under the
corona virus lock down, we all might be re-evaluating how to manage our daily
task while sticking to safety and precautionary measures. That includes:
HEALTH AND
HYGIENE
Due to the ongoing pandemic, we
totally indulge ourselves into a hygiene life but living healthy lifestyle is
also very important for us simultaneously.
First I set an agenda according to my mindset
for healthy and hygiene life. Trust me mindset matters.
Mindset 1:
Disinfecting our hand, most used surface,
specifically your mobile phones using sanitizers and social distancing when we go
out has becomes the regimen of our life in order to stay healthy.
This COVID 19 has taught us to live a hygienic
life.
Mindset 2:
I start my day with good health drink
in morning like giloy juice/hot lemon water which helps to better immunity
system as it becomes prominent part of life for us now. This regimen is not
only for me but for my family too because it’s my responsibility for them.
Then I do exercise and meditation
which helps me to stay calm and active throughout a day.
I start having food which is highly
nutritious and sustainable, packed with protein, fiber and micro-nutrients such
as iron and vitamin B like pulses and legumes consumed with rice, wheat or
other cereals.
Especially having sprout moong dals,
black chickpeas and beans as a salad enhances the nutritional value. Most important
drink plenty of water.
Before COVID 19, I was not much
concerned about my health and hygiene to be honest because I was so busy in my
daily routine like household chores, kid, job, cooking etc. but this pandemic
taught me a good lesson.
HOBBIES:
I kept my tight schedule so that I don’t feel like a lazy bum when the lock down ends. After done with my household chores I have started pursuing my hobbies like singing, reading, writing, dancing, watching movies and web series. Try to keep your hobbies active and productive. So, I always ensure myself to do any one of this in a day. During this I have started writing blog because I love writing. And now writing blog has become the aim and passion for my life.
LOCK DOWN FOR
KIDS:
Kids are fiddling with their gadgets
all the time these days. With the lock down the screen time has only increased. Banning
kids from using device doesn’t really help either. So finding creative
distraction in the only solution. I make sure that my 5 year old son is not glued
to the screen all day except his online classes. So I started painting with him
and saw his curiosity about creativity. It really gave immense pleasure to both
of us.
That gave me a few ideas on how can
use this down time to encourage my child to their hand at exploring their
creative faculties while keeping him engaged with an art project. So we made so
many art projects like paper lion, paper rabbit cap, abstract art with old
newspaper, made chicks using shapes with paper and many more. I ensure myself
that my child should make good use of his COVID break.
You have to find ways to keep yourself
happy and enthusiastic. Having a positive attitude can go a long way in coping
with the crisis. Half of the battle is won when you don’t let negative thoughts
and anxiety affect yourself.
